Founded in 2006, MEDCOACH is an international consulting, training and project management firm focusing on patients´ safety and patients´ orientated process optimization of medical treatment in the preclinical and clinical area.

Based in Vienna, the capital of Austria (Europe), MEDCOACH acts on a global level. Our clients profit not only from our professional competency but also from long term international and multicultural experience and corresponding specific knowledge. Cultural awareness is an important column of our philosophy. Apart from our everyday working languages German and English, Arabic language and cultural skills are self-evident regarding one of our regional focuses in the Middle East.

Between 2006 and 2009 Christian Schreiber has spent long time in the Middle East for medical consulting projects focusing on patient safety and patients´ orientated process optimization of medical treatment in the preclinical and clinical area.

In 2010 and in cooperation with a long term business partner with Arabic background, medctm® has been founded to provide a competent consulting and coaching platform for medical companies entering the market of the Middle East. 

The team of highly specialized physicians is led by our chief physician M.D. Michael Hüpfl, senior anesthesiologist at the Medical University of Vienna, former Chief Physician of St. John Ambulance and the leading expert for medical simulation in Austria. 

Since the beginning he is heading the group for medical simulation at the University Clinic of Vienna. Being course director and instructor for European Resuscitation Council® (ERC) courses in Austria M.D. Michael Hüpfl and his team instructed numerous physicians and medical staff within the last years.

Our business and medical consultants focusing on strategy, process optimization and on-site project management provide our clients state-of-the-art solutions. They are constantly involved in every medical business, from developing overall strategies to improve nationwide medical emergency systems, to on-site implementation of new processes and structures. Ongoing quality management is implemented to ensure long term success.

Quality is one of the top priorities for MEDCOACH. Therefore all our trainers are certified by international organizations like European Resuscitation Council © (ERC) and have high training development competency and experience as well as regular practical exercise with in-class trainings.

Our Competence Center for Patient Safety (CCPS) bundles highly reputable experts specializing in critical incident reporting systems and risk analysis and risk management.
